A central heating system that needs bleeding once a month or more has an underlying issue. If it is a sealed system, the likely cause is wither water escaping from a leak or through the pressure relief discharge pipe, which will cause regular pressure loss, or gassing in the system which is caused by chemicals reacting with the radiators and other metals. This is a result of not power flushing/flushing the system correctly during installation or treating with inhibitors.

Alternatively, if the system is open vented, it could be gassing as above, but often it is a result of poor system design or the pump speed being too high, which is causing air to draw in through the expansion pipe.
